Undergrad Researcher

Simranjeet is a junior at Barnard College pursuing a degree in Neuroscience & Behavior on the pre-med track. Before joining the Stroller Lab, she worked in the Neurocognition, Early Experience, and Development Lab since her freshman year. In the Stroller Lab, she worked on her own individual research project through the Summer Research Institute at Barnard College, looking at the effects of nutrition on pulse pressure in young children. In the future, she is considering teaching science courses to high school students or attending medical school to specialize in a pediatric subspecialty, such as pediatric psychiatry. In her free time, she enjoys taking her cat, Jasper, and her dog, Toby, on walks, watching her favorite YouTubers, Dan and Phil, and skateboarding.
